CasaPadel is a France-based premium padel club network offering world-class indoor facilities, coaching, and community events. Backed by a vision to grow the sport across Europe, CasaPadel integrates wellness, performance training, and hospitality into a seamless sports experience. As they expanded, their technology platform, ResaPadel, became the central nervous system for their operations.


ResaPadel is a 100% digital solution that enables players to book courts, register for tournaments, and access coaching services through an intuitive mobile and web interface. At the same time, it allows club operators to streamline scheduling, member management, and payments—empowering padel centers to deliver a modern, connected experience.

The Challenge

CasaPadel initially relied on rigid third-party reservation systems. As operations scaled and the need for custom workflows and a branded experience grew, the limitations became a major pain point.

Limited Flexibility: Off-the-shelf platforms could not accommodate CasaPadel's unique operational workflows, such as dynamic court allocations, complex tournament structuring, and custom coaching programs.

Lack of Feature Depth: Essential features like multi-location support, real-time booking updates, integrated payments, and in-app communications were missing or poorly implemented in the legacy system.

Poor Scalability: As CasaPadel expanded to multiple locations, the existing system failed to support centralized control and performance at scale—creating significant inefficiencies across branches.

Inability to Customize UX: The legacy solution offered no room for branded, user-centric enhancements—limiting CasaPadel’s ability to differentiate its digital experience and foster deeper customer engagement.

CasaPadel hired WeKan to build a custom, proprietary platform tailored to their growing operational needs, replacing the rigid, inflexible third-party system.

The Solution – A Custom, Scalable Platform

WeKan was engaged for Application Modernisation and Continuous Product Development. The objective was to design and develop a modern, scalable solution—ResaPadel—that supports real-time court bookings, tournament management, coaching schedules, and member engagement, all through an intuitive mobile and web experience.

Node.Js, MongoDB Atlas, React.Js, Realm/Atlas Device Sync, AWS

To build a platform tailored to CasaPadel’s needs, WeKan began with an in-depth operational and technical assessment. This included analyzing legacy system limitations, reviewing workflows across club locations, and gathering insights from staff and members to identify key pain points.


Based on this foundation, a product strategy was developed for ResaPadel—a scalable, custom-built platform.

Agile Development: We translated real-world use cases into detailed user stories and wireframes, collaborating closely with CasaPadel’s operational teams and selected end users to validate flows and UI components.

Robust Architecture: In parallel, the engineering team defined a modern, scalable backend architecture to enable real-time bookings, location-aware access, and a role-based admin console.

Accelerated Delivery: Following six weeks of collaborative design and architecture, the development phase was launched in an agile environment, featuring two-week sprints and continuous stakeholder alignment. By leveraging agile delivery and GenAI accelerators, WeKan was able to significantly boost development speed.

ResaPadel was successfully launched across multiple CasaPadel locations within 9 months, delivering a seamless user experience to players and giving club staff full control over scheduling, coaching, and event workflows.
